What is our exchange policy?
Have you ordered a size too small or too big? No problem, we will replace it for you. Follow the process outlined in the return policy and place a new order on candidlycouture.com
How do I return products ?
- A return request should be place by calling our helpline or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The products should be unused and in the same condition you received them; in their original packaging with all tags.
- For Earrings,Rings, Necklaces, Bags and Shoes returns will be accepted only in case of damages.
- Only Size exchanges/store credits will be given in case of any returns for products purchased using any promotional codes or sale products. All returns will be accepted against the original order only once. Return will not be accepted for any previous exchanges or in cases where vouchers and coupon codes have been used
- No refund or return will be accepted for any product sold under the Sale section/any promotional or festival offers on the website.
To initiate return, just follow these simple steps:
- Call customer care at +91 9663259548 or email us at email@example.com with the order details and request return pickup
- Pack the merchandize in the same box with all tags, stickers and original invoice
- You will receive a call back from us within 48 hours of your request with return details
- Once we receive the shipment, products will be checked for quality at our warehouse and refund/exchange will be accepted only if the products are in proper condition
- Once the refund has been approved, we will refund the money or exchange the product as requested
- For all international orders, customers have to return the products themselves. The order needs to be sent back to the following address
What is our refund policy?
Orders placed through Cash on Delivery, would be refunded with Online store credit, unless the product received is damaged, in which case the product can be returned for a full refund. From the date of return pick up we will take 10 days to process your refund via online transfer to your account or cheque. For International orders, the amount paid for the product(s) will be refunded. Please note that the amount paid for International Shipping will not be refunded.
Online Store Credit
- Online Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.candidlycouture.com
- Online Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- Please treat Online Store Credit like cash.
- Online Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected "Store Credit" as the refund method.
- Online Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
- Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Online Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
- Online Store credit never expires.
- Online Store credit is provided in Indian Rupee (INR)
- To view your Online Store Credit Balance, log into your Candidly Couture account. Your Store Credit balance will be displayed on the “My Account” page.

Can I cancel my order?
After placing an order, if you wish to cancel the order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +91 9663259548 with the order details. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Once the order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
